In December 2024, Roundhouse Capital Holdings, an entity within The Friedkin Group, completed the acquisition of Everton Football Club.
Acquisition approved by the Premier League Board after the Owners’ and Directors’ Test, then ratified by an Independent Oversight Panel.

Before completion, Everton increased share capital to convert outstanding shareholder debt into equity and facilitate additional equity investment.
Publicly stated priorities included the first team, academy, women’s team, community connection and new stadium potential.
